How deletion requests are handled
You do not need to sign in to the TruthBubble website to request deletion. Use the form below. If you need help, contact truthbubbleapp@gmail.com.
Requests are handled manually, not automatically. TruthBubble must verify that you own the account before processing a request. After ownership is verified, the request is processed through TruthBubble's administrator-operated deletion procedure.
Submitting the form records a request; it does not delete data immediately. Do not include a password, Firebase user ID, verification code or other credential.
Send a deletion request
Enter the email address used to sign in. You may add a reason, but it is not required. Keep the request reference shown after successful submission.
Already submitted a request? Verify account ownership using your signed-in account and request reference.
Information included in the deletion process
After account ownership is verified, the administrator-operated deletion procedure includes the TruthBubble information associated with the account, including:
- Firebase account information used for TruthBubble authentication.
- Associated account-linked analysis history and results held by TruthBubble.
- Associated reports submitted about analyses or content.
- Other account-linked backend records covered by the administrator-operated procedure.
Public source pages and copies held by third parties are outside TruthBubble's control. Information stored locally on your device is handled separately as described below.
Retention and timing
Limited information may remain temporarily in backups or under a justified retention exception, such as a legal obligation, security requirement, abuse investigation or dispute. Any retained information is limited to what is needed for the applicable exception.
No fixed completion target or backup period is published on this page. A request receipt does not mean deletion is complete. Wait for TruthBubble to confirm the result after verification and processing.
Data stored on your device
The Android app can store result history locally on the device in storage associated with the signed-in account. The administrator-operated deletion procedure does not erase that local copy. Remove local history in the app where that control is available, or clear the app's storage or uninstall the app if you also want to remove local app data from that device.
Verification status
The administrator-operated deletion procedure has passed synthetic tests. A real disposable-account deletion test is still pending. Until that test succeeds and the owner approves this wording, this page remains a review copy and must not be submitted to Google Play as final.
